Whenever you want to register again, you must complete week zero.

Even if you feel the need to continue training it is very important to allow your body to recover during this week of rest, as Ro reminds us, recovery time is as important as training. 

Also, even if you already know the information, you will be assigned to a new coach and a new group, and it is really important for everyone to create that interaction and have enough time to organize everything before you start!
