Your program consists of one week of PREPARATION and nine weeks of TRAINING, NUTRITION, AND RECOVERY!

In week zero, you will become familiar with your app, will have access to basic exercise and stretching tutorials, will be added to a group, and will receive information about the items you will need during your 54-day process!

Soon, your coach will join you. Your coach will take you day by day throughout the process.

Once your week of preparation is over, you will begin your 54-day process.
