THINGS TO DO TODAY: These are your daily tasks. 

YOU NEED TO CLICK on them to complete them, and that's it! Your training for the day will already be pre-loaded daily, and you do NOT need to schedule the sessions!   

TILES: Are intended to display information obtained from your Apple Health or Fitbit account. If they are empty, don't worry! You do not have to enter any information to enjoy this program. This information is completely optional.     

 PROGRAM: In this section, you will find a video library that will include your weekly training sessions, as well as nutrition, exercise techniques, and recovery tutorials. 

To complete your daily tasks, click on the items included in THINGS TO DO TODAY!

All materials in the PROGRAM are supporting materials for your enjoyment.     

CALENDAR:  Here, you will see your calendar for the week!

You don't need to add any tasks as everything will be pre-scheduled day by day!
