H To sync your Apple Watch / Apple Health with the app, you need to do the following:     

 In Apple Health, go to the 54D ON app, then turn on all categories:      

1. Click Allow in the top right corner of the screen.   

2. Then go to the MORE tab in the 54D ON app and click connect.   

3.  Sync information from Apple Health / Watch. Here's what you can sync with the 54D On app:   -

Steps   

-Sleep (if you are using a third-party app like Pillow or Sleep Watch)   

-Resting HR      

It is important to note that we will not be using calorie intake during the program, so there is no need to add that information.
