WHAT SHOULD I DO TODAY?


Starting today you will find exercise and stretching tutorials assigned in THINGS TO DO TODAY to familiarize yourself with them. This IS NOT YOUR TRAINING SESSION, therefore, it is not necessary to carry out a specific number of sets or time. We suggest that you watch them as many times as necessary to clearly understand how to carry them out. We want to remind you that maintaining good posture and doing the exercises correctly not only prevents injuries but you also get all the benefits of your workout.
