The Nutrition protocol was designed to achieve the program's goal (BURN FAT and MUSCLE TONIFICATION) and taking into consideration that we have a wide number of members located in different countries. It is NOT a personalized guide but a general guide that has been created based on the experience of 54D in its face-to-face programs.
