At 54D, we believe that there is nothing more powerful than people determined to make a positive change! Please mention to your doctor that you will be enrolling on a high intensity workout program, where you will train 6 days a week, resting on Sunday and during the program we will push you to reach anaerobic peaks. 


We provide our members with a Nutrition protocol which was designed to achieve the program's goal (BURN FAT and MUSCLE TONIFICATION) The ultimate goal of the Nutrition protocol is to TEACH healthy eating habits and be aware of what we eat. In this way, you will be able to maintain the results obtained during the program once you graduate from it!
