We will gladly explain a little more about our STEP 2 program, which is undoubtedly another level!!!   

The first thing you should know is that you must have completed at least one ON program to be ready for this new challenge.     

The trainings are also six days a week for nine weeks. You will work your whole body with cardio and resistance exercises using elastic bands.      

The nutrition protocol is more challenging and advanced. If you already know our protocol, you know that you have an extensive list of foods you will allowed to consume according to a calendar that your coach will share with you at the beginning of each phase.
