We would love to send you the nutrition protocol, but the information is extensive, and varies  depending upon the desired weight objective for this program. For this reason, it will be better that your coach sends and explains it in detail.      

We can however, provide you with general information that may be of help.      

We have a protocol for loss, maintenance, and gain weight objectives. 

The food does not vary between objectives, but the portions according to each goal.      

There is a no-carb detox diet during week one to cleanse your body, but we will include them progressively as weeks go by!     

 We can tell you that dairy, sugars, and processed carbohydrates are not allowed.      

Lean proteins, greens, and vegetables are our best allies.
