What does a HOLD mean? 

A temporary pause of your account according to the duration of your inability to resume training. 

To comply with the order and sequence of the workouts in the program, when you request the reactivation of your account, your program will be reestablished from WEEK 0. 

- You may request a HOLD by presenting a doctor's note. 

-The hold can be validated ONLY ONCE. 

- If you requested a hold or a new Generation in the past, we will not be able to provide any other modification in the future.

 - The request for a HOLD will only be validated once the medical form has been sent.

Please keep in mind that you may request a change to your program starting on Week 0 and up until the second week of trainings. Beginning with the third week of the program, to make a change or "HOLD" in your membership, you must present a medical certificate proving your inability to engage in physical activity.

 No changes or modifications will be made to the program as of the SIXTH WEEK, regardless of the cause or reason. Reasons for requesting a HOLD: 

1. PREGNANCY 

2. SURGERY CAUSING INABILITY TO RESUME TRAINING FOR MORE THAT ONE WEEK 

3. SICKNESS OR PHYSICAL PAIN, AFFECTING FOLLOWING THE SEQUENCE OF THE PROGRAM.

 Circumstances that do not affect the account holder directly WILL NOT be granted as a HOLD. 

If you wish to request a refund of your membership, be sure to do it before 35 days from the date of purchase (week 5), otherwise we will not be able to make your refund effective. 

To request our SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, we ask in exchange to commit to follow the guidelines during the first three weeks of the program. To reactivate your 54D ON program, we ask you to send an email to: support@54d.com. 

We will attend your request in a timely manner and activate your program in the next available generation.
